Our company has undertaken the construction of semi-coke gas for Shaanxi Dongxinyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. PSA Hydrogen production and desorption gas and acidic gas desulfurization unit, It is a comprehensive, circular-economy project for the integrated utilization of coal chemical resources. The total investment in the first phase of the project is 36.61 hundred million yuan, with a construction scale of 120 Ten thousand tons / Year Lan Carbon, 2 Ten thousand tons / Annual metallic magnesium and 50 Ten thousand tons / Annual coal tar hydrogenation.
Our company is undertaking the construction of the semi-coke gas unit in the coal tar hydrogenation section. PSA Hydrogen production and desorption gas and acidic gas desulfurization unit. Processing capacity: 130000Nm3/h Semi-coke gas ; Hydrogen production: 25000Nm3/h , After desulfurization of the desorbed gas, it is sent to the magnesium metal unit and the combustion furnace; the sulfur product is 352kg/h。
This project was 2014 year 5 Construction commenced in [month], and to date, the unit has completed individual equipment commissioning, process piping purging, and commissioning of the electrical, instrumentation, and automatic control systems. The project has entered the final commissioning phase.
