Dedicated Programmable Valve

Programmable control valves are critical components for the operation of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and temperature swing adsorption (TSA) units, serving as the key equipment that ensures normal operation and reliable performance. Dakot’s specialized programmable control valves meet the American Petroleum Institute (API) zero-leakage standard, with a proven service life of over one million cycles without leakage, and feature resistance to frequent gas-flow erosion as well as automatic compensation of sealing materials.

Sichuan DKT Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (A subsidiary of Hydrexia (China)) has established the Sichuan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, the Chengdu Engineering Technology Research Center for Industrial Waste Gas Purification and Utilization, and the China Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering Gas Separation and Purification Technology Center, and boasts a professional team with high-level innovative R&D capabilities. After more than ten years of continuous research, DKT has successfully developed 30 new adsorbent materials on its own, which are widely used in the petrochemical, natural gas chemical, coal chemical, fine chemical, steel, metallurgical, environmental protection, and new energy industries, thereby establishing a complete industrial chain spanning R&D, production, design, and application.
