Shanxi Ruiyang Coalbed Methane Co., Ltd. is a state-controlled enterprise specializing in the research and development, construction, and production of technologies for concentrating and liquefying low- and medium-concentration coalbed methane, as well as in the commercialization of these innovations. The company is located in Shangqinshan Village, Leping Town, Xiyang County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, covering an area of 37,844 square meters. Its business scope includes the production of oxygen-enriched coalbed methane liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG).
The company was founded on March 9, 2011, with a registered capital of RMB 72.15 million, and was jointly invested and established by Shanxi Dadi Environmental Resources Co., Ltd. (formerly Guorui Company), Huayang New Materials Technology Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Yangmei Group), and Sichuan DKT Energy Technology Co., Ltd.( A subsidiary of Hydrexia (China)). The low-concentration coal mine gas enrichment technology was developed by Sichuan DKT Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and has reached the international advanced level in terms of safety, advancement, and cost-effectiveness. The company has built the first industrial plant that uses “low-concentration coal mine gas enrichment technology to produce compressed natural gas (CNG)” and has successfully put it into operation, which serves as a significant demonstration for coal mine gas management and utilization in China.
