Good News for the Project: The Ningxia Futai Trichlorosilane Off-Gas Hydrogen Recovery Project Has Been Successfully Accepted

Sichuan DKT Energy Technology Co., Ltd.( A subsidiary of Hydrexia (China))


Recently, the 2,500 Nm³/h trichlorosilane tail-gas hydrogen recovery unit for Ningxia Futai Materials Technology Co., Ltd.—for which Dakote Energy provided process technology, engineering design, supply of selected key equipment, and commissioning guidance—was successfully commissioned at the first feed-in and has now passed the owner’s acceptance inspection.
This project employs Dakote Energy’s domestically leading ambient-temperature dechlorination technology and a dedicated adsorbent to recover high-purity hydrogen, thereby supporting Ningxia Futai’s green and environmentally friendly production of a new type of precipitated silica and further reducing production costs while enhancing the company’s economic performance.

Technical Features and Advantages:

The adsorbent specially designed for chlorosilanes exhibits a high separation factor and a high recovery rate of chlorosilanes.
The recovered chloride and hydrogen exhibit high purity, fully meeting the production requirements of polysilicon plants.
