The “Top 100 List of Sichuan Enterprises in Technological Innovation and Development Capacity” is currently the only provincial-level ranking of its kind nationwide. In accordance with the “Notice on Launching the 2023 Application Campaign for the ‘Top 100 List of Sichuan Enterprises in Technological Innovation and Development Capacity’” (Document No. 1 of 2023 issued by the Sichuan Enterprise Federation), and guided by the principles of fairness, impartiality, objectivity, and truthfulness, the selection process involved self-application by enterprises, automated system scoring, and a comprehensive review by experts of multiple indicators—including enterprise investment in innovation, the development of an innovative talent pool, technological accumulation, the establishment of innovation platforms, technological output, and the economic benefits of innovation—followed by public announcement. Through this rigorous evaluation process, a platform for technological innovation exchange and cooperation has been established, providing extensive technical and industrial integration services to the top 100 innovative enterprises and fully showcasing the achievements and experience of technological innovation among Sichuan’s enterprises.
