On December 23, the PSA hydrogen purification EPC general contracting project for Shaanxi Runzhong Clean Energy Co., Ltd., undertaken by Dakete Energy, successfully completed its commissioning. Tan Hongliang, Deputy General Manager of Runzhong Energy; Yang Jun, Secretary of the Board of Directors; Liu Yajing, Deputy General Manager of Dakete Energy; and heads of relevant departments attended the commissioning acceptance.

 

 

 

This project employs Dakote Energy’s independently developed high-pressure pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology for hydrogen purification, along with dedicated high-purity hydrogen adsorbents, to produce hydrogen from the tail gas of a methanol plant. The resulting hydrogen purity can reach 99.999%, while also meeting the standards for fuel-cell-grade hydrogen. The system is capable of recovering approximately 2,300 Nm³ of hydrogen per hour. 3 (According to the conversion, this is equivalent to approximately 1 ton of methanol), increasing annual output value by about RMB 15 million. This is of great significance for Runzhong Energy Company in achieving resource recovery, clean utilization, energy conservation and emission reduction, and improved profitability.

The successful commissioning of the project once again underscores Dakote Energy’s commitment to quality first, customer paramountcy, and reputation above all.
