Recently, Daying Dakote Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Dakote Energy, successfully obtained certification under the Energy Management System standard, which is one of the essential requirements for achieving green factory status.
Today, the energy crisis is becoming increasingly severe, and energy shortages have emerged as a major constraint on the sustained development of the national economy. As the backbone of energy conservation, emissions reduction, and sustainable development, enterprises must further align themselves with the prevailing trends of our times, cultivate a stronger sense of urgency and responsibility, and, based on their specific circumstances, clearly define the direction, objectives, priorities, and concrete measures for achieving sustainable development.
Daying Decote has proactively aligned with the national “14th Five-Year Plan” on energy conservation and emissions reduction, championed the concept of green manufacturing, established an energy management system, and developed an efficient and comprehensive energy-saving management model. The company continuously improves and optimizes its production processes: in the ion-exchange stage of molecular sieve production, tap water consumption has been reduced by approximately 16%, steam consumption by about 9%, electricity consumption for circulation pumps by roughly 50%, the volume of saline wastewater treated by around 45%, and the volume of desalinated wastewater treated by approximately 18%. As a result, unit energy consumption per product has dropped by about 41%, significantly reducing energy use throughout the production process, lowering energy costs, strengthening competitive advantage within the industry, enhancing energy efficiency, and simultaneously decreasing environmental pollution emissions—thereby fostering a positive social image.
