Recently, Sichuan DKT Energy Technology Co., Ltd.( A subsidiary of Hydrexia (China)) attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Shaanxi Runzhong Clean Energy Co., Ltd. as the EPC general contractor for the PSA hydrogen purification project.

 

 

In his address, the Chairman of our company stated that the company will devote itself wholeheartedly to the project construction and, with the assistance and support of all departments, will complete the construction tasks swiftly, in an orderly manner, to a high standard, and with maximum efficiency. To this end, we will focus on the following three key areas during the course of the project:

 

1. Enhance awareness and strive for high-quality projects

As one of the key energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing projects for the construction entity in 2023, the hydrogen purification project has been placed under close supervision. To ensure the successful implementation of this project, we have established a dedicated project team led by company executives and comprising experienced personnel from EPC engineering management, engineering design, procurement, and construction. This team will undertake comprehensive, full-cycle management and execution of the project, with clearly defined objectives, strengthened accountability, proactive leadership, rigorous oversight and enforcement, and unwavering commitment to achieving the project’s milestones on schedule.

     

2. Standardize construction practices to ensure engineering quality.

We will organize engineering design and construction in strict accordance with engineering design and construction codes as well as quality management system standards, meticulously develop a scientific and rational project schedule, and allocate the necessary design, management, and technical personnel in line with the principles of lean staffing, high efficiency, optimization, and reinforcement. Through scientific implementation, we will ensure that project quality, safety, and civilized construction all meet excellent standards.

 

3. Go all out to ensure the project takes the lead.

In accordance with the overall deployment of the project owner, Shaanxi Runzhong Clean Energy Co., Ltd., we will approach this undertaking with high morale and unwavering enthusiasm, fully embodying the corporate spirit of pioneering innovation, integrity and pragmatism, and scientific development. Adhering to the principles of quality first, customer paramountcy, and reputation above all, we will comply with the management directives of both the project owner and the supervising authority, rigorously implement the safety production responsibility system, and carry out project construction in strict accordance with all technical codes and regulatory requirements. Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Technology for Hydrogen Purification

 

Technical Features and Advantages:

1. Utilizes a variety of specially formulated, in-house developed and manufactured adsorbents, delivering performance that exceeds that of conventional adsorbents by more than 30%.

2. Utilizes a proprietary, patented pressure swing adsorption process technology, enabling flexible operation, safe and stable performance, and a compact footprint.
