Our company’s first demonstration unit for coal-mine methane deoxygenation and concentration has achieved successful startup on its first attempt at Shanxi Ruiyang Coalbed Methane Co., Ltd.!

  Shanxi Ruiyang Coalbed Methane Co., Ltd., jointly established by Sichuan Dakete Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Shanxi Yangmei Group, and Shanxi Guorui Energy Investment Company, has adopted the world-leading coal-mine gas enrichment technology developed by Sichuan Dakete Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Following one year of construction, the plant was commissioned on August 30, 2012, and began producing qualified products on September 10, achieving successful startup on the first attempt. All performance indicators met or exceeded the anticipated targets: tested product gas showed a CH4 content of ≥96%, O2 ≤0.1%, and all other parameters complied with the national standards for CNG fuel gas.

  This is the first demonstration unit for oxygen removal and methane enrichment of low-concentration coal mine gas commissioned by our company. Its successful startup marks the full transition of our independently developed “oxygen removal and methane enrichment technology for low-concentration coal mine gas” into industrial-scale production, while also demonstrating our company’s robust R&D capabilities in tackling globally challenging scientific and technological problems and providing an effective model for corporate innovation.

The group standard T/CIET 1003-2025 “Technical Specification for Methane Recovery and Utilization in Oil and Gas Fields”, in which Sichuan DKT Energy Technology Co., Ltd.( A subsidiary of Hydrexia (China)) served as the main drafting unit, has been successfully released.
