On May 6, 2015, a delegation led by Director Gu Chunfang, Director Bian Changzheng, and Researcher Pan Jiansheng from the Bureau of Industrial Security and Import-Export Control of the Ministry of Commerce visited the company for a research tour, accompanied by Director Gao Sihua and Researcher Liu Derui from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce.
Director Gu and his delegation toured the company’s technology and product exhibition area as well as the R&D Center, where they heard a comprehensive briefing from Chairman Lan Zhihuai on the company’s development journey, its R&D capabilities and recent advancements, its future development plans, key technological breakthroughs, and the challenges the company faces along with relevant policy support. They also listened to reports from the company’s R&D personnel on ongoing technology development initiatives and on projects aimed at solving globally significant technical challenges.
Finally, Director Gu Chunfang commended our company for its initiatives and efforts in technological research and development and in tackling key technical challenges. She expressed strong support for intensifying our efforts to develop new technologies, overcoming existing difficulties, and continuing to pursue breakthroughs in critical areas, with the goal of expanding the reach of our technology projects internationally and promoting them worldwide. At the same time, she conveyed to our company the relevant national policies and the extent of government support for enterprise R&D, thoroughly analyzed the specific challenges we face in our technological development, and instructed the provincial competent authorities to work closely with our company to resolve these practical issues.
