20th Anniversary Series of Events

Team-Building Thematic Learning Activities for Mid-Level and Above

In August 2023, the company organized a team-building study activity for mid-level and above staff, taking them to Songpan in Aba Prefecture under the theme “Carry Forward the Spirit of the Red Army, Unite as One, and Embark on a New Journey.” During the study and exchange session, participants conducted an in-depth analysis of the issues facing themselves and their respective departments, as well as explored ways to enhance management capabilities in their future work, thereby contributing to further achievements in Dakota’s development.

20th Anniversary Employee Symposium

On November 29, 2023, the company held a company-wide symposium titled “Unite Hearts and Minds, Embark on a New Journey,” during which a special documentary commemorating Dakote’s 20th anniversary was screened. The event provided an opportunity for all employees to reflect on Dakote’s development journey and to unite in spirit and effort as they look forward to the next 20 years, forging a new future together.

At the meeting, Fang Peijun, Chairman of the Group; Cao Jun, Chief Financial Officer; and Zhu Daixi, Chairman and General Manager of the company, each delivered remarks. Senior management, shareholder representatives, representatives of retired employees, as well as employee representatives who have served the company for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years, also took the floor to share their personal experiences and insights from working at Dakote, expressing a deep sense of identification and commitment to the company.

The call-to-action segment brought the symposium to a thrilling climax, filling everyone with optimism and hope for Dakote’s next 20 years. Let’s look forward to reuniting again in the next five, ten, fifteen, and twenty years!

Company-wide Employee Tour and Team-Building Event

Following the symposium, the company organized a five-day tour and team-building excursion to Xishuangbanna, where employees immersed themselves in local customs and traditions, relaxed both body and mind, and strengthened team cohesion while enhancing communication and collaboration across departments.

Twenty years—a long yet fleeting journey, like the blink of an eye. These two decades mark a historic leap forward and, at the same time, a fresh new beginning.
