Good News: Dakete’s Independently Developed Helium Extraction Unit Has Been Successfully Included in the 2023 Sichuan Province Guidance Catalog for the Promotion and Application of the First Set of Major Technical Equipment and the First Edition of Software

Recently, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology issued the “Guidance Catalogue for the Promotion and Application of the First Unit of Major Technical Equipment and the First Version of Software in Sichuan Province (2023 Edition),” under which Dakote’s independently developed “BOG Gas Ambient-Temperature Multi-Stage Separation and Extraction Complete Set of Equipment for Producing High-Purity Helium” was successfully included.



For many years, Dakote has been dedicated to the research, development, and application of helium extraction technology. The company provided a complete set of equipment for China’s first helium extraction project, which has since operated efficiently, safely, and reliably. Specifically for helium-containing gas streams such as natural gas and BOG, Dakote has independently developed a patented ambient-temperature separation and extraction technology for producing high-purity helium. Compared with conventional cryogenic helium separation technology, this approach is more convenient to operate and significantly reduces energy consumption.

The group standard T/CIET 1003-2025 “Technical Specification for Methane Recovery and Utilization in Oil and Gas Fields”, in which Sichuan DKT Energy Technology Co., Ltd.( A subsidiary of Hydrexia (China)) served as the main drafting unit, has been successfully released.
