Recently, the 2,500 Nm³/h trichlorosilane tail-gas hydrogen recovery unit for Ningxia Futai Materials Technology Co., Ltd.—for which Dakote Energy provided process technology, engineering design, supply of several key pieces of equipment, and commissioning guidance—was successfully commissioned at the first feed-in and has now passed the owner’s acceptance inspection. This project employs Dakote Energy’s domestically leading ambient-temperature dechlorination technology and a dedicated adsorbent to recover high-purity hydrogen, thereby supporting Ningxia Futai in achieving green and environmentally friendly production of a new type of precipitated silica while further reducing production costs and enhancing the company’s economic performance. The successful acceptance of this project is the result of meticulous work at every stage, marking another solid step forward for the company in its specialized field and serving as the best testament to Dakote Energy’s technical expertise and project management capabilities. On December 23, the PSA hydrogen purification EPC general contracting project for Shaanxi Runzhong Clean Energy Co., Ltd., undertaken by Dakote Energy, successfully completed its trial run. Attending the trial-run acceptance were Tan Hongliang, Deputy General Manager of Runzhong Energy; Yang Jun, Secretary of the Board of Directors; Liu Yajing, Deputy General Manager of Dakote Energy; and heads of relevant departments. This project employs Dakote Energy’s independently developed high-pressure pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology for hydrogen purification, along with specialized high-purity hydrogen-grade adsorbents, to produce hydrogen from the tail gas of a methanol plant. The resulting hydrogen achieves a purity of 99.999% and meets the standards for fuel-cell-grade hydrogen. The system can recover approximately 2,300 Nm³ of hydrogen per hour—equivalent to about one ton of methanol—and is expected to increase annual output value by roughly RMB 15 million. This represents significant progress for Runzhong Energy in terms of resource recovery, clean utilization, energy conservation and emission reduction, and overall performance enhancement. The successful completion of the project trial run once again underscores Dakote Energy’s commitment to quality first, customer priority, and reputation above all else. Throughout the project implementation, Dakote Energy rigorously adhered to engineering design and construction specifications as well as quality management system standards, conscientiously enforced the safety production responsibility system, and ensured scientific and orderly construction. Good News┃Deying Dacote Achieves Energy Management System Certification
Recently, Daying Dakote Chemical Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Dakote Energy, successfully obtained certification under the Energy Management System standard, which is one of the essential requirements for achieving green factory status. Today, the energy crisis is becoming increasingly severe, and energy shortages have emerged as a major constraint on the sustained development of the national economy. As a key driver of energy conservation, emissions reduction, and sustainable development, enterprises must further align themselves with the prevailing trends of our times, cultivate a stronger sense of urgency and responsibility, and, based on their specific circumstances, clearly define their strategies, objectives, priorities, and implementation measures for sustainable development. In active response to the national “14th Five-Year Plan” policy on energy conservation and emissions reduction, Daying Dakote has embraced the concept of green manufacturing, established an energy management system, and developed an efficient and comprehensive energy-saving management model.
