Technical Indicators
Feed gas flow rate: 60,000 Nm³/h;
Feed gas composition: 55% H2, 6% CO, 26% CH4, 4% N2, 2% CO2, with trace amounts of O2, hydrocarbons, benzene, naphthalene, tar, and other substances; hydrogen sulfide content: 8,000 mg/Nm³.
Hydrogen sulfide content in purified coal gas: ≤100 mg/Nm³
The by-product sulfur meets the national standards for industrial sulfur.
Technical Features
1. A new desulfurization process employing the next-generation DKT-6 active catalyst for wet oxidation;
2. The unit employs a streamlined, short-process technology and features a unique integrated desulfurization and regeneration system, offering simple operation, stable performance, flexible process configuration, and broad applicability.
3. A closed-loop process is employed, featuring ambient-temperature, low-pressure absorption for desulfurization and spray-induced, self-aspiration air-based atmospheric oxidation for regeneration. This process achieves by-product sulfur without the need for thermal regeneration and utilizes continuous sulfur melting to recover sulfur as a by-product.

4. This process is designed to be used in conjunction with a specially formulated composite DKT-600 active catalyst, which not only effectively removes hydrogen sulfide but also delivers excellent removal performance for organic sulfur compounds and cyanides.
5. The desulfurization liquid boasts a high sulfur capacity—more than twice that of comparable desulfurizing agents—and effectively suppresses undesirable side reactions, thereby reducing capital expenditures for treating desulfurization by-products and substantially lowering operating costs.
6. This process, along with the desulfurization tower and regeneration tank, features a uniquely designed equipment structure. When used in conjunction with the specially formulated DKT-6 composite active catalyst, which has a self-cleaning function, it effectively addresses the clogging issues common in conventional processes while ensuring that the system’s pressure differential remains within the specified range. For stability.
7. In collaboration with Topsoe (S) of Denmark, high-concentration industrial sulfuric acid can be produced concurrently with the removal of sulfides.
