Information
Because elemental phosphorus is prone to spontaneous combustion and severely corrodes steel after combustion, the tail gas of yellow phosphorus cannot be recovered at all. The traditional process uses high-altitude combustion and is directly emptied, resulting in a lot of waste of resources and serious environmental pollution.
 
The company uses special processes and the company’s proprietary special adsorbents to purify yellow phosphorus tail gas to produce high value-added products such as sodium formate, formic acid, oxalic acid and methanol. After purification, the hydrogen sulfide content in the yellow phosphorus tail gas is <10mg/m3, and the total phosphorus content <10 mg/m3, arsenic content <0.5 mg/m3, hydrogen fluoride content <5 mg/m3, meeting the requirements for raw gas for the production of one-carbon chemical products.
