DKT has been committed to the development and application of helium extraction technology for many years, providing a complete set of equipment for the first of domestic helium extraction project, operating efficiently, safely and stably so far. For natural gas, BOG gas and other helium-containing gas sources, we have independently developed a patented technology for separation and extraction of high-purity helium at nomal temperature. Compared with the traditional cryogenic separation and extraction of helium, the operation is convenient and the energy consumption is significantly reduced.

In view of the characteristics and application requirements of the gas composition produced by the clean and qualitative utilization process of modern coal chemical industry, a complete integrated gas separation and purification technology has been successfully developed (including pretreatment, temperature swing adsorption, TSA decontamination, sulfur-tolerant wide-temperature shift, organic sulfur hydrolysis, water elution ammonia, MDEA desulfurization/decarbonization, fine desulfurization/dechlorination, catalytic deoxygenation, acid gas desulfurization and sulfur recovery, PSA extraction hydrogen, PSA concentration methane, PSA concentration CO, membrane separation, etc.) It has been successfully applied in many large-coal chemical projects in China and has been well received by users.

Hydrogen is an important green and clean energy and chemical raw material, which has been widely used in many fields. Industrial hydrogen production process methods mainly include hydrocarbon steam reforming, heavy oil or coal gasification, methanol steam reforming and ammonia decomposition.etc. The hydrogen obtained by these methods is not high purity and needs further purification. In addition, other mixed gases of hydrogen-containing need to be recovered and purified such as refinery catalytic cracking dry gas, refinery reforming tail gas, synthetic ammonia purge gas, methanol tail gas, crude hydrogen from membrane separation etc.To do this, in response to Meet technology and market demand of purify hydrogen, after years of research and development and industrial application practice, the company now has pressure swing adsorption and membrane separation to purify hydrogen technology, which can achieve high efficiency, high yield, low energy consumption and low cost to obtain high-purity hydrogen products from the hydrogen-containing mixed gas .

In order to maximize the utilization of gas resources, in view of the high oxygen and nitrogen content in low-concentration gas and the existence of safety problems, DKT has successfully developed a process technology for safe and effective separation and enrichment of methane in concentrated gas through years of technical research.Many invention patents has been authorized, and the technology has reached the international leading level. At present, the technology has achieved long-term and safe engineering applications in Yangquan Coal Industry, Shanxi Coal Group, Shaanxi Yuxiang, etc., and achieved significant economic, social and ecological benefits.
