In April 2010, Sichuan Dakot Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Hunan Hualing Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. signed the 3# coke oven and chemical production recovery system reconstruction and expansion project desulfurization technology contract. On May 6, the project manager of Wang Anhua The desulfurization project department of Lianyuan Iron and Steel officially entered the desulfurization site of Lianyuan Iron and Steel.

After the desulfurization project department arrived at the site, it worked with the construction department of the 3# coke oven and chemical production recovery system reconstruction and expansion project department. In order to ensure the progress of the project, the project department formulated a detailed construction network schedule, organized the construction plan, and carried out Design, construction, and safety clarifications.

After more than four months of intensive construction, the main equipment is now ready to be installed. The tower internals and packing are currently being installed, and it is expected to be completed in mid-November.
