Shanxi Ruiyang Coalbed Methane Co., Ltd. invested by our company to construct LNG (liquefied natural gas) project in Xiyang County is currently progressing smoothly.

This project held a grand groundbreaking ceremony in March this year. The construction period is 14 months, and the first-phase production capacity is 34.88 million NM3/year CNG. The second phase of the project was implemented simultaneously with the construction of Sijiazhuang Mine, and finally reached a design capacity of 66,000 tons/year LNG (equivalent to 90.4 million NM3 CNG)/year.

At present, various preliminary procedures for the project and bidding of the construction team are under intense processing. The project's "three connections and one leveling", environmental assessment, safety assessment, geological exploration and project construction design have been completed. After the project is fully put into operation and completed, 90.4 million NM3 of coal-bed methane will be used every year to replace coal, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 208,000 tons, sulfur dioxide emissions by 500 tons, nitrogen dioxide emissions by 600 tons, and dust emissions by 18,300 tons per year. Reduce 116 tons of fly ash.

The completion of the 　　 project will create a precedent for the development and utilization of oxygen-containing coal-bed methane, and will play a demonstrative role in the future development and utilization of coal-bed methane in my country.
