From May 26th to 27th, the National Coal Mine Gas Extraction and Utilization and Ventilation Safety Technical Field Meeting organized by China Coal Industry Association and National Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau was successfully held in Jincheng. As the only enterprise that uses gas purification and utilization, our company was invited to participate and had good exchanges with leaders of coal mining enterprises in various places.

Wang Xianzheng, Chairman of the China Coal Industry Association, Ren Runhou, Vice Governor of Shanxi Province, Fu Jianhua, Deputy Director of the State Administration of Work Safety, Director of the Coal Supervision Bureau, Liang Jiakun, Wang Shuhe, Tian Hui, Liu Feng, Jincheng Mayor Liu Runmin and others attended the meeting. Jinmei Group Chairman and Party Secretary Wu Huatai introduced their experience at the meeting.

In his speech, Fu Jianhua summarized the achievements of coal mine gas prevention and control work nationwide in recent years, analyzed the current situation and existing problems of coal mine gas control work, and put forward requirements for coal mine gas prevention and control work.

Wang Xianzheng pointed out when presiding over the meeting that the coal industry should pay close attention to the adjustment of coal structure to realize the industrialization of coal economy into raw material conversion; pay close attention to the impact of the coal economy on coal mine safety and continuously improve coal mine safety guarantee capabilities.

Vice Governor Ren Runhou, on behalf of the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, congratulated the convening of the meeting. And proposed to continuously strengthen the research of comprehensive utilization technology of coalbed methane, and vigorously promote the construction of "Gasification Shanxi". The province will further promote the national coal mine gas extraction and utilization and ventilation safety technology to a new level.

Participants visited the Jinmei Group's gas extraction and utilization technology research, engineering construction and advanced technology and equipment such as coal-to-liquid, gas liquefaction, and coal machine manufacturing. At the meeting, 10 units including the National Engineering Research Center for Coal Mine Methane Control and China Coal Science and Industry Chongqing Research Institute gave technical reports.

Relevant personnel from the Ministry of Land and Resources, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, National Energy Administration and other ministries and commissions attended the meeting. Heads of coal industry management departments, coal mine safety supervision bureaus, coal industry associations, relevant responsible comrades of coal enterprises and institutions, members of the Coal Industry Technical Committee, and experts and scholars from major coal-producing provinces (regions) in the country attended the meeting.
