Celebration Activities for DKT’s 20th Anniversary

Theme Learning Activity for Team Building of Middle Management

In August, 2023, DKT organized the middle management to go to Songpan, Aba Prefecture to carry out a team-building theme learning activity of “carrying forward the spirit of the Red Army, and starting a new journey with cohesiveness”. At the learning exchange meeting, everyone deeply analyzed the problems of his/her own and in each department, and discussed how to improve the management level in future work, so as to contribute to DKT’s further development.

Staff Meeting for DKT’s 20th Anniversary

On November 29th, 2023, DKT held a staff meeting with the theme of “Starting a New Journey with Cohesiveness”. All the staff reviewed DKT’s development course by watching the 20th anniversary memory feature film of DKT, and committed to pull together to embrace the new journey in the next 20 years and create a new future.

At the meeting, Fang Peijun, Chairman of the Group, Cao Jun, CFO of the Group, and Zhu Daixi, Chairman and General Manager of DKT, delivered speeches respectively. DKT’s senior management, shareholders’ representatives, retired employees’ representatives and employees’ representatives with serving ages of 5, 10, 15 and 20 years made their speeches, sharing their own experiences and feelings in DKT, and everyone was full of deep identity with DKT!

The initiative part pushed the meeting to a climax, which was inspiring and full of hope for DKT in the next 20 years. We look forward to our celebration in the next 5, 10, 15 and 20 years!

Tourism Activities for All Staff

After the staff meeting, all staff participated the tour to Xishuangbanna for a five-day group building activity to experience the local folk customs and relax. In addition, the activity strengthened the team cohesion of the company and improved the communication among departments.

Twenty years can be a long journey, but it also can be short, just in the blink of an eye. Twenty years is a historical leap, but also a new starting point.

As the years passed, we have stayed true to our original aspiration.
