1. Refinery dry gas recovery of ethylene
At present, the total amount of dry gas in my country’s refineries is about 10 million tons/year, which contains about 2 million tons/year of ethylene. Due to its low content, the cost of recycling ethylene is high. Previously, there was no low-consumption and high-efficiency recycling method, which is usually cheap. Burning of fuel. If low-consumption and high-efficiency recovery of the corresponding ethylene components can be used, and ethylene is used as a raw material for downstream chemical products, 6-10 million tons of crude oil consumed for the production of ethylene can be saved every year.
After years of research, our company has developed a special adsorbent for ethylene, using a low-consumption and high-efficiency pressure swing adsorption method, which can fully recover ethylene under the condition that the ethylene content in the dry gas of the refinery is 8-10%. The concentration of ethylene is more than 90%, and the recovery rate of ethylene is more than 90%.
